  27th October 2020

Dear Parents,
As you will be aware, our Year 10 students will return to school for classes on campus, from 2.00PM to 4.00PM
from Monday 2nd November.

Parents of Year 10 students, and the students themselves, are asked to familiarise themselves with our Return to School Protocol. An updated version of the protocol may be downloaded here.

Yr10 students have also been sent a copy of the protocol this morning, along with a personalised timetable of their weekly classes.

Alternatively, Yr10 parents may request a copy of the updated protocol by emailing me directly (awilkinson@bwic.tc).

Year 9 students and their parents, I am sure, will be excited by the news from TCI Government that Year 9 students may also return to classes at school. Arrangements are being made for this to happen, similar to those now in place for Yr 10, from 2.00PM to 4.00PM, from Monday 16th November. Details specific to Year 9 will be released closer to the date, along with an updated version of the protocol.

Afternoon classes for Year 10, as well as those to begin for Year 9, will be in addition to those conducted online from 8.00AM to 1.00PM.

Once all year groups are permitted to return to school as expected from 4th January, our full Plan B will then supersede all arrangements currently in place. This will most likely be on a Week A/Week B rota – our only option of providing our curriculum to all students under strict social distancing conditions. More details of this towards the end of this term.

With best regards,
Mr Anthony Wilkinson
Vice-Principal
