HOLIDAY
We would like to remind students and parents that Monday 13th March is Commonwealth Day. As a national holiday, the Collegiate will be closed for the day.

TIME CHANGE
Please also note that Sunday 12th March sees us move into Summer Time, with clocks advancing by one hour. It would be appreciated if your verified your time pieces on Sunday so that we have no very late arrivals to school when we re-open on Tuesday.

YEARBOOK
Finally, be aware that our 2023 graduating classes have organised a yearbook as a memento of their high school years. In order to reduce the unit cost, parents are invited to consider sponsoring a full page or a half page to dedicate to their Year 11 or Year 13 child. A full page dedication will cost $100; a half page $50. Advertising opportunities, at alluring rates, also exist for any parents with businesses to reach out to the thousands of readers that will want to enjoy the yearbook.

Sixth form student, Lauren Higgs, is coordinating these initiatives from the Collegiate. She will be distributing a letter and reply slip to graduating students today for their parents to study. Reply slips and corresponding monies must be returned to Lauren at school by Friday 17th March for all student dedications, or by Friday 31st March for advertisements. A copy of the letter to all parents is attached. For all further information, Lauren may be emailed at laurenhiggs@bwic.tc.

NATIONAL FIELD & TRACK
Finally, we wish the very best of luck to all our students selected to participate in the national inter-high school track and field events at the National Stadium today, tomorrow and Saturday. They have trained very hard indeed and deserve our support – please do join us at the stadium. If you cannot, the event will be live-streamed via TCI Government links on internet.

Thank you all for your ongoing collaboration.

With best wishes,

Anthony Wilkinson
